HC raps BMC over Nair hospital land

In a city like Mumbai where space is at a premium, the sheer apathy shown by BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in getting back its premises from a builder and handing it over to Nair Hospital is appalling, said Bombay high court in a scathing order.
