BKC govt block redevpt to net MMRDA Rs 18k cr

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority on Tuesday approved redevelopment of buildings in the E-block of BKC, which were constructed three decades ago. It expects to earn a revenue of Rs 18,000 crore by selling the FSI needed for the redevelopment of these buildings.
